Week 4 Post Op

Everything is going great. I was able to exercise more last week, I was walking 3 miles daily with 2 rest days. I did suffer from some foot pain but resting made me feel better the next day. I was feeling very ambitious on Wednesday where I decided to do a little bit of jogging. It was big mistakes as I am now still suffering from foot pain that comes and goes. I remembered that I wasn’t even cleared for physical therapy so why am jogging. I need to be more patient with my body and take it slow with my progress. With the foot pain and exercise in mind I am seeking to buy a really good running shoes for back pack to prevent any future problems. I am very happy to feel so good but need to remember that it takes time to feel completely 100%
