Kale, Sweet Potatoes, Edamame, & Chickpeas

Week 4: It is time that I start to adopt a more sustainable eating habit. So this week I am going vegetarian. It will be difficult but I am confident that I can handle it. Ingredients are easy to find and it is easier on my zero waste lifestyle. Last weeks goal of walking 3.5 miles was a fail. I was dealing with a lot of pain in my feet and ran out of medication so I decided to take it easy. I averaged about 1.5 miles a day. With that being said focusing on my diet is a sure way to keep pushing toward my weight loss goal. I also discovered that my scale was not very accurate as it would change numbers based on which tile it was positioned on. So I am updating my progress to a more accurate form of value, which is measuring. Once this week is over I will post a 1 month progress pic.

  • Waist: 31in
  • Stomach: 37.5in
  • Butt: 40in
  • Thigh: 25
